hello people. it's time for some updates about all my faith lost .. activities!

we have a new live gig on the next friday (29th september) we will play in udine, at NO FUN CLUB. if you are around udine, don't miss the show, because for the first time we will have a special guest on stage, playing violin in some songs.

we are proud to annouce that recordings and mixing of our new cd are definitively finished. during these days we are listening the whole work and we must say we are pretty happy with the result. we hope you will be happy too.

it's time for some news.
our new cd is on the way!!
we are mixing the new songs and as for now they seem pretty good! we really hope to have it out before the end of the year, maybe for christmas so you all know what to ask to santa!
other things are on the way here in amfl world, two compilations are to be released shortly:
Cold Meat Industry will release a new sampler with the odd name of 'all my dead friends', featuring new and old artists from it's catalogue. of course amfl it is one of these! the featured song it is taken from the new cd!
the other compilation will be released by Finalmuzik and will include a brand new and unreleased track by amfl the name of the compilation is 'Tal Mont de Lune' and will feature a lot of artists including Inner Glory, Camerata Mediolanense, Sally Doerthy and many others.
amfl have been asked to compose an instrumental track for a short movie that will be produced in the next months.
we have also a new live date in udine at 'no fun' club. date is not fixed but it will be one of the last days of september. we will be supported by our friend Cosimo

we will perform on monday the 5th at the Volkspalast. at the moment we don't have any other detail. as soon we have more details we'll post some other news.

hello!
one of the things i really don't like when surfing the web-sites of my favourite bands or artist is to see that there are no updates or changes in long periods. this also happened to our site ... and now i explain myself why these things happen! people don't have time for doing everything, quite simple! during these months we have been a little busy, we had a little pc problems and we also took a little time for ourselves. the result is that our site has been not updated for so long but now it's time for some news and the most important is that all my faith lost ... are recording a new album!!
we'll talk about it soon, for now we just tell you that half of the work is done and some song titles ... just for make you curious about the new work: the waves, house of incest, le notti bianche and presagio triste!

a live gig is planned for march the 18th at velvet rock club in aviano (PN).
we also take the occasion for telling you that if you like to see us llive in your country and you know any organizerr or booking agency, just ask them for us .. we really aren't expencive and we need to play some dates! so, please, if you have any proposals or ideas don't hesitate to contact us!!!

viola is also recording some vocal parts for the new album of amfl ex-member francis who started a new project called 'apart'. he already recorded two cds and he is now at work on the new one. viola will sing three or four songs!

we thought that it will be beautiful to reprint our first maxi-cd 'in a sea, in a lake, in a river ... ... or in a teardrop' that was originally released by Sin Organisation/NailRecords in a limited edition of 300 copies and it is now sold out!
we would like to know if you could be interested in having this re-release! probably many of you have download it from some file-sharing program and would like to have and original copy? some of you are totally crazy and would like to have a new release only because it's in a different packaging? please, let us know!!! we need to understand if re-releasing 'in a sea ...' is a good idea or not!

hello, here we are again with some news and updates about all my fait lost ... activities.
three compilations featuring all my faith lost ... songs have been released in the last few months:

we are glad to announce that after a lot of troubles, copyright problems, re-recordings and other unfortunate occurrencies, our new cd will be probably out on jan/feb 2005.
as soon as we have the exact release date we'll comunicate all the datails. let's keep a little suspance for some days more ...

all my faith lost ... will play on the 5th of january in Bassano (VI) at Transilvania Elettrica.
we are also organizing another great live evening in our town. we are planning to perform with other two great bands from north-east of italy, "inner glory" and "lily's puff". we still don't know the exact date, but will be on march, so keep your eyes open on gothic events announces and don't miss this great evening!
during this winter holidays i think we will update our site, so give a glance on it sometimes. for those who do not already know it, on the sound page, it is available our firs demo for downloading with new artwork too.

as usual, we have been very busy during this period, so we had no time to update our site. anyway, something is moving about our new album that will be called 'as you're vanishing in silence'. we hope to give you news about it before the end of the year.

sorry for the lack of updates, we have been very busy with copyright questions ... anyway, here are the news:
the band decided to write new lyrics for 'chamber music' and record all vocal parts again. this is the only way to release this work. the recordings are already finished and we are again in contact with a label interested in releasing it.
'chamber music' was reviewed as 'demo of the month' on the italian magazine :ritual: (issue 15 february/mar) a short interwiev also appeared on current issue (17 july).
two live performances are foreseen for 11 august (Malcesine, VR) and 25 september (Magic Bus, Marcon, VE) as soon we'll have all the details, the 'live' page will be updated.
as you may know, mp3.com closed down last year. a beta version of a new site for free music download is online. all my faith lost ... page's link is: http://music.download.com/allmyfaithlost
at the moment there is only one mp3 uploaded, 'the fideal' from the cd 'in a sea ..'

siamo spiacenti di dovervi informare che il nuovo lavoro 'chamber music', per problemi relativi al copyright di James Joyce, probabilmente rimarrà inedito.
stiamo cercando di fare il possibile per capire se è necessario avere le autorizzazioni per la pubblicazione (cosa quasi certa), e come ottenerle. le informazioni dateci da vari uffici e organi competenti, com'è usuale, sono molto confuse e approssimative. nel caso qualcuno avesse qualche informazione utile è pregato di contattarci.
ricordiamo che qualche copia del lavoro è ancora disponibile in cdr-demo. se qualcuno fosse interessato, è pregato di contattarci.
nel frattempo stiamo già pensando a nuove composizioni per il prossimo lavoro.

we are sorry to inform you that our new work 'chamber music' will probably remain unreleased due to problems concerning james joyce's copyright.
we are trying to do our best to understand if it is necessary to ask permission for releasing this work (almost a sure thing), and what are the ways for obtainig this permission. the information given us by different offices and organs are quite confused and approximative. if anyone knows something useful about this problem is pleased to contact us.
we remember you that our work is still available in a few cdr-demo copies. if anyone is interested can contact us for any information.

after releasing the first demo cd "hollow hills", the band is now working at new songs always focusing in the mith of the faerie and naturally looking for a label to release their works.
we are also looking for a 'cellist or violinist to complete the band. our project at the moment is to record 4 or 5 new songs for a new demo cd that will be released in few copies, like the other one.
